USAG Humphreys – USAG Humphreys will host a two-day event to celebrate Independence Day July 3-4, 2010 here. This event is designed to bring our military and local community together with a variety of food, fun, and entertainment.

 

 

미육군 험프리스 수비대 – 미육군 험프리스 수비대에서는 미국 독립기념일을 위해 2010년 7월 3일부터 7월 4일까지, 2일간의 축제를 당기지에서 개최합니다. 본 행사는 우리 군기지와 지역사회 주민들이 즐거운 여흥과 음식을 함께 나누는 화합의 시간을 위해 마련 되었습니다.

 

 

This event will take place in various areas from the main gate to Independence Park. Included are all parking lots, Splish and Splash Water Park, the mini-golf course and bowling center.

본 행사는 주차장, 스플리쉬 엔 스플레쉬 워터 파크, 미니 골프 코스, 볼링장을 포함해서 기지 정문과 인디펜던스 파크 사이의 여러지역/공간에서 진행될 것입니다.

 

 

The Splish and Splash Water Park opens to the public on July 3 and 4 (free admission on July 4), and the mini-golf course will be free and open to the public on both days. The bowling center will also be open to the public but will charge $1 for shoe rental.

 

 

Splish and Splash 워터 파크는 양일간 개방되지만 3일엔 정상가격, 4일엔 무료, 미니 골프 코스는 양일간 무료로 대중에게 개방될 것이고, 볼링장은 미화 1불의 신발 대여료만 받고 무료로 개방될 것입니다.

 

The two-day event will feature sporting events and competitions between military units, installation organizations and local community groups, as well as games and special events for children of all ages. Visitors will also be able to see static displays of military equipment. U.S. and Korean entertainment is also scheduled. All members of the Korean community are invited to attend this event. The gates are open 1500-2200 on each day. Food, beverage, and other items will be available for purchase.

 

2일간의 행사 중에는 스포츠 행사와 부대 내 팀들간, 그리고 기지내 각부대와 지역사회단체와의 스포츠 경기도 예정되어 있으며, 모든 연령대의 어린이들을 위한 게임과 이벤트도 마련될 것입니다. 방문자들에게는 군 장비전시 등을 관람할 기회도 있을 것이며, 한국공연과 미국공연도 준비되어 있습니다. 본 행사에는 한국지역사회의 모든 한국인들이 참여하실 수 있습니다. 정문은 양일간 오후 3시부터 밤10까지 개방되며 행사장에서 음식, 음료, 기타 물품 등을 구입할 수 있습니다.

 

During this event the USAG Humphreys main gate will be closed to vehicle traffic with the exception of those affiliated with this event and pedestrians who wish to attend the festival. Pets, personal fireworks and coolers are not allowed. Korean nationals must have a ROK ID card (No Driver’s License) or passport to enter the post through the Main gate. The Walk-thru gate will be open to USFK ID Cardholders only. CPX gate will remain open for commercial and other traffic.

이 축제 기간 동안 험프리스 기지 정문은 보행자에게만 개방되며, 차량 통행은 행사 관련 차량 외에는 금지됩니다. 애완동물, 개인 폭죽과 휴대용 아이스박스는 반입이 허용되지 않습니다. 한국인은 정문 출입시 신분확인을 위해 주민등록증 (운전면허증은 안됨) 또는 여권을 반드시 지참해야 합니다. 웍두르 (Walk-thru) 게이트는 기지출입증 (부대패스) 소지자에 한해서만 통행이 가능합니다. CPX 게이트는 상업적인 목적과 기타 차량통행을 위해서 사용될 것 입니다.
